We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s market to create a focused and effective entry plan. Together we found such service differentiation that accellerates also their existing B2B business. Ensuring the right direction
Clients often approach Kenz with a some idea of digital services what they plan to provide, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with our expertise and really helped the company focus and evolve. After some prospects' feedback and slight conseptual adjustments, they were ready to enter into Minimum Viable Product implementation phase - Being more confident that they're doing right things. We’re proud to be part of this new business creation process.
WHOLESALE ECOMMERCE PLAN
Digital services and process automation enables even the most traditional business to scale up more efficiently.
In this project we walked through existing sales order process and the current ways of working. Together with client we defined boundary requirements for ecommerce solution. During process we short listed feasible technology platforms and suitable implementation partners. We took care of tendering and contract negotiations so that client is now ready to take their first steps in digital journey.
DIGITAL SERVICE CONCEPT
Client had studied their current markets and recognized demand for new service that would also complement their current portfolio. After few brainstorming sessions we were able to design feature wireframes of the service. When the software concept became tangible it started to evolve fast. At the end of the process client was able to request proposals for development of the software.
